Introducing the next generation in Sensaphone monitoring --- WIRELESS SENSING! The Sensaphone design experts have incorporated a powerful wireless sensor technology into the new Sensaphone 2800 system. Four hard-wired universal inputs are included, just like in the Sensaphone 1400 product, but the 2800 adds four more wireless sensors for a total of eight.
To meet the growing needs of business, industry and consumers, the new Sensaphone 2800 has the ability to monitor via wireless sensors. The Sensaphone design experts have incorporated a powerful wireless sensor technology into the new Sensaphone 2800 system. Along with four hard wired universal inputs, the 2800 adds four more wireless inputs, for a total of eight inputs.
Each wireless sensor can be located up to 300 feet away from the 2800, and even further when used with the available repeater modules. The 2800 will automatically detect and configure new wireless sensors making installation a breeze. Sensors are available for a variety of input types, including temperature and custom scalable 4-2OmA analog transducer readings.
The wireless sensors will operate on batteries for approximately three years. The new 2800 will monitor the condition of the batteries in each wireless sensor automatically. The wireless sensors are perfect for monitoring multiple greenhouses, barns, freezers, walk-in coolers, or any installation where running long wires is not practical or convenient.
As with all Sensaphone Models, the new 2800 still performs alarm notification and status using standard telephone lines and custom voice messages. This unit comes standard in a sealed, weatherproof, lockable enclosure with battery backup, power failure monitoring, and high sound level monitoring.
